We suggest taking photo of your current condition of the spaces and sent to us or arrange a site visit. Smaller areas below 800sf require 4 hours package, however it is also subjective to the condition of the unit.
Yes, we do take cleaning during ongoing renovation works, but this cleaning service is not detailing cleaning, this is pre-cleaning service, it helps to reduce the materials and dust collected and causing inconvenience or may damage your fittings & furniture. You may need to take further session cleaning for better results.
Some projects may take more time as the job goes as cleaning is subjective. You can choose to add-on the hours at affordable rates, our rate is RM200/hour
Workers safety is high priority. Clients must ensure the workers safety when assigning tasks. We trained our workers on safety and hazards precaution and instructed not to perform task that could endanger their lives or could cause damages to materials. We also instruct workers not to perform dangerous and hazardous task beyond reasonable and acceptable work related to cleaning.
