Terms & Conditions Post Reno/Move-in/out/Initial Cleaning

By engaging our post reno/move-in/out/initial cleaning service, you agree to our Terms & Conditions:
1. Deposit is required before project commencement of min. 50%. Price quoted based on estimation taken for cleaning the duration period. If a project requires half day is 4 hours. If it is full day is 7 hours + 1 hour buffer.
2. If there is renovation work carried out at job site, the contractor has remove construction materials and rubbish disposal. Renovation contractors complete all renovation jobs before we carry out cleaning. We are not responsible and do not repeat cleaning areas that has already been clean.
3. If there is renovation in progress at the job site, the client hereby agrees to quotation price and project schedule being adjusted accordingly based on the number of hours or days needed to complete the job and accept additional cost per day. If customer request us to concurrently do cleaning during renovation in progress, there will be additional cost incur based on number of hours and days required to complete the cleaning.
4. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Please consider our scheduling/preparations and that we are reserving a time slot for your cleaning.
5. Customer agrees to provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the required work, unless other arrangements have been made with Uniqcare Cleaning. If there are specific chemicals needed to be used on certain fittings materials kindly email or provide by written the type of required cleaning solutions, methods and chemicals. We will not be held liable if these instructions not provided in advance should any damage occurs to the materials.
6. The client understands that the price quoted is not for a “package deal” and does not include anything apart from cleaning labour. If any estimates of how long it will take our operatives to do the job required are being provided that is only an estimate based on the average time it takes to clean a home or office of similar size to the customer’s, it being difficult to estimate precisely how long such tasks may take and that a degree of flexibility may be required. The customer is advised that a one-off spring cleaning may take double the length of time required for a general cleaning. Post Construction Cleaning (After Builders Cleaning), Post Party Cleaning or Badly neglected homes may take up to three times longer than a well maintained home requiring general cleaning.
7. Client must ensure to provide supply of water and electricity at premise on the day of the cleaning. If there is water or electricity disruption on that day, client is still billed as per quote.
8. Maximum height for ceiling cleaning is only 10 feet. For cleaning anything higher ceiling height above 10 feet requires separate quote and client need to inform.
9. Clients should not instruct workers to perform dangerous and hazardous task beyond reasonable and acceptable work related to cleaning. Our company only supplies cleaners to do specific job related to cleaning. We do not do roof top glass cleaning, client must engage separate professional high rise glass cleaners. We do not provide glass cleaning for above 10ft or unreachable areas without safety being compromised or hazardous.
10. We do not accept liability for damage caused by decorative or structural defects, or conditions at your property/premises, such as, but not limited to, ill-fitting windows, doors, fascias, guttering, paints on wall, stainless steel, toilet equipment, kitchen equipment, window/conservatory trims, unsecured windows and doors, leaking seals, decorative bars stuck on glass, rotting frames, flaking paint, open/broken trickle vents, etc.
